轻触开关3×2.6这个尺寸最早是由日本的美上美来代工的。美上美的型号是SOM-158KNT;该款开关的尺寸是:3×2.6×0.6mm;按键力度是300N;搭载的是日本进口的三元弹片;产品寿命:10w次;最小包装:20K,产地是青岛是的,你没有听错是在我们中国生产的。其实苹果就是一个中国制造,哈哈,其实一点也不意外。
苹果每一代产品的命名方式,我相信大家都很清楚,一二三四五六七,后面带个S就是加强版的。苹果的热卖机型是那一代产品呢?没错,就是我们的iphone 4s,因为美上美的产量问题,苹果实在是无法接受,后面又增加了新的厂商来增加产能,这次选择的是比美上美名气还要大的日本松下。松下的型号是:EVPAFFB65;产品的尺寸是:轻触开关3×2.6×0.65mm;该款开关搭载的也是日本进口弹片;产品寿命:10w次;最小包装20k,产地仍然是我们青岛,把美上美给气得半死。
有了苹果的产能保证,这两家日本厂商,开始牛气哄哄,很多零散的客户也愿意接单了,因为产能大家都有问题,此款开关又是苹果的专利产品,这个把我们中国的山寨厂商给气得半死啊!哈哈,来了廉价版的开关了,但是要回避专利问题,我们的日本ALPS玩了一个擦边球。TACT SWITC SKSFABE010就这样被生产出来了,顺理成章哦!小日本这个做的不错哦! 此款开关的尺寸是:轻触开关2.8×2.4×0.65mm;产品的按键力度是1.6N;产品寿命:10次;最小包装20K。

9. Other precautions其他注意事项
(1) Following the soldering process,do not try to clean the switch with a solvent or the like.

(2) Safeguard the switch assembly against flux penetration from its topside.
